John Ryan Cantu - Pastor
John Ryan Cantu is a fourth-generation pastor and has faithfully served in pastoral ministry for the past decade. As the Lead Pastor of Pneuma Church in Houston, Texas, he is passionate about preaching God's Word, developing leaders, and equipping people to live out their faith in every area of life. He is also a nonprofit leader with Loving Houston, an organization that brings together churches, schools, businesses, and community partners to strengthen neighborhoods and serve communities across the Greater Houston area.
John is the founder and broker of Naos Real Estate, where he is passionate about developing real estate professionals who pursue excellence while honoring Christ in the marketplace. His experience leading in both ministry and business gives him a unique perspective on integrating faith, leadership, and work.
Holding a Master's degree in Theology and pursuing doctoral studies in Biblical Exposition, John has a deep passion for biblical teaching and leadership development. Whether preaching, mentoring leaders, or speaking to business professionals, his desire is to equip others to lead with integrity, pursue excellence, and use their influence to advance the Kingdom of God.
John and his wife, Melissa, live in the Houston area with their 3 daughters.
Mike - Entrepreneur & Consultant
For the past 21 years Mike has served in ministry and as a business leader dedicated to spreading the Kingdom of God. His ministry impact includes preaching to over a hundred thousand people across America, authoring four books, and founding an orphanage and missions ministry that has served over 600,000 meals to children in need.
Operating with a marketplace calling, Mike is also a serial entrepreneur. He co-founded a viral clothing line that scaled to an 8-figure brand, launched a record label with multiple Billboard-charting tracks, and directed a marketing agency serving organizations nationwide. Currently, Mike consults for top-tier businesses and CEOs leading 6, 7, 8, and 9 figure brands.
Jonathan Kurien - Business Owner
Jonathan Kurien is a devoted follower of Jesus Christ, husband of more than a decade, father of four sons, entrepreneur, health coach, and business leader. With over 30 years of ministry experience and a background in medical education and psychology, he is passionate about helping men honor God by becoming stronger in body, mind, and spirit.
As the founder of a health coaching business and the leader of multiple financial and insurance brokerages, Jonathan believes biblical stewardship extends to every area of life, including our health. He teaches that caring for our bodies is an act of worship and that physical discipline strengthens our ability to lead our families, serve our communities, and fulfill God's calling with excellence.
Jonathan's mission is to inspire and equip men to pursue faith driven excellence, build lasting habits of discipline, and become healthy, resilient leaders who reflect Christ in every aspect of their lives.
